What the studio already does
Siblings go on one account, the costume levy falls due the same week as the term fee, and a Tuesday class that moves has to reach forty households before it happens.
The week
A timetable that tests every move The room, the teacher and the families it reaches are all checked before the change is published. The money
Term fees on your own rules Sibling, loyalty and early payment rules run as the invoices are raised, and the levy sits on the same statement. The family
One account, however many dancers Two or three children sit on one login, with one statement and one reference number. The asking
Requests a person decides Approving one tells the family and the teacher whose class moved, in the same action. The floor
Rooms measured as they are used Every studio shaded by how hard it works, so the quiet one is a room you can point at.A term's fees, the rooms that earn them and the one studio sitting pale all week are the same question asked three ways. Nixie keeps them next to each other, so the answer sits in one scroll.
Plan Easy Pay arrangements, direct debit and BPAY preferences in one place. Keep your studio’s term-fee rules and family questions close to the timetable. Collection needs a connected payment provider; saving a preference does not move money.
Keep payment preferences and follow-up notes together, alongside the week’s teaching.
Every studio drawn on its own floor and shaded by how hard it works, measured in hours booked, seats filled or revenue earned. Support spaces stay hatched and sit outside every figure.
The whole building drawn open over its floors, so you look down into every space in the place you would walk past it. A quiet room stops being a number in a report and becomes a pale room you can point at.
Rooms warm as classes fill them and fade when they empty. The pale one is the one to ask about.
Empty Quiet Ticking over Working hard At capacity Not a teaching space
Sarah Whitfield signs in once and finds both her dancers, Ava and Mia, in one place: the class name, the day and time, the teacher and the room. Behind that sits her statement, and every invoice on it belongs to her account. Nothing from any other family appears there, and there is no class roll.
One page holds the lot: both dancers, the next classes with their teacher and room, the balance and the next debit, and the invoices behind them.
Everything for Ava and Mia, in one place.
You are seeing only your own family. Ava's and Mia's classes, their teacher and their room. Every other family's children, contacts and fees stay out of this page, and there is no class roll.
Two classes on a Wednesday for Ava, half an hour apart in the same studio, so one drop‑off and one pick‑up.
Your CRN 9140 1947 6 is the same on every invoice and never changes. A payment sent with it lands on your account by itself.
The studio's name, its colour and its mark sit at the top of every invoice a family opens, and the email arrives from the studio's own address. Two studios are shown here side by side, running the same term fees through the same rules, so you can see what changes and what holds.

Five templates come with the studio: an event, a fundraiser, the concert, a change to invoicing and a payment plan accepted. The studio edits the wording once and it stays theirs.
Upcoming event
Hello Sarah, our open studio morning runs on from 9:00am. Ava and Mia are both welcome to bring a friend, and the foyer will be open for a cup of tea while you wait.
Add to my calendarUpcoming fundraiser
We are raising $8,000 towards a sprung floor in Studio 3. Boxes go home from , and every family who takes one is in the draw for a term of free classes.
Take a boxUpcoming concert
The concert is on at the civic theatre. Ava dances in two numbers and Mia in one. Tickets open to enrolled families first, at $28 an adult and $16 a child.
Book ticketsA change to invoicing
From we raise term invoices on the first Monday of term rather than the Friday before, and the debit follows fourteen days later. Your reference number stays the same.
See my invoicesPayment plan accepted
Hello Sarah, your plan for the $608.50 term invoice is accepted: three fortnightly instalments of $152.13 and a final one of $152.11, starting , at no extra cost. The debit runs itself and we will email you before each one.
View the planA private lesson is two diaries and can genuinely move. A group class runs at one time for everybody in it, so what a family is really asking for is a transfer, and that depends on space. Either way a person at the studio decides. Approving it tells the family and the teacher whose class moved, in the same action.
Asks to move Ava's private lesson from Tuesday 7:00pm to Thursday 5:30pm.
Picks it up in the queue, with the room and the teacher already checked.
Ava's private lesson now runs Thursday 5:30pm in Studio 4, with Marguerite Hale.
Your Tuesday 7:00pm private lesson with Ava moves to Thursday 5:30pm, Studio 4.

Your records belong to your studio.Studio data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed through your signed-in workspace. The sandbox keeps its own temporary records.
Payment preferences are not payment authority. The current studio records your payment settings and planning notes. It does not collect card details, bank mandates or live payment tokens.
Traffic is inspected before it arrives.Every request passes through a security network that checks it at the data centre nearest the visitor. For people in Australia that is normally an Australian one, which follows from how the network routes.
Your studio starts with your own account.Sign in securely with your email and password. Explore the sandbox first with a made-up studio lead account, then create your own workspace when you are ready.
Australian dollars, GST inclusive. The ceiling starts to bind at 156 students, so the larger the school the less it pays a head. Email is included. SMS is a paid add-on. Payment processing is billed to you directly by the payment provider, and that money stays with them.
Your studio, connected
Give your assistant the studio context it needs to help with the day. Suggest who should receive an incoming request; your team approves.
Connect a compatible AI client to Nixie’s authenticated API. Read your studio overview and incoming requests, then ask for a suggested recipient and the reasons behind that suggestion. Access stays within your studio.
Your assistant helps you review. Routing suggestions do not send messages or change a request automatically.
This page also offers a public, read-only WebMCP tool that describes Nixie. Browser support is experimental; the website works without it.
WebMCP is optional. No studio data is shared by this page.
